Lace Baby Romper Giveaway

These lace baby rompers made by Baby and Me Designs on etsy are soooooo adorable.  They make the perfect photography prop or even a birthday outfit.

Scarlett got the yellow in size medium and I think it is perfect.  She is one and it fits her great, It is stretchy and I am pretty sure it could fit both a smaller and a larger baby.  These rompers cost $16.99 for a single one but they are also sold in sets.  One good thing about these rompers is that there is a large assortment of colors.  It seems like so many baby girl things only come in pink and purple and those are two colors that don't look the best with Scarletts red hair.  These can come in 18 colors including sage green, dusty rose, royal blue, and orange.

The quality of these lace rompers was better than I expected.  For a lacy baby outfit I figured it would be great for a photo prop and that is it.  But this is much higher quality than I expected.  Scarlett actually wore hers around all day and she was perfectly happy in it.  It didn't feel like it was going to rip or tear if I pulled too hard on it.

I would definitely recommend these rompers for anyone who is looking either for a photo prop or to dress up their baby!

Teasing Brush Giveaway

Woombie Swaddler Giveaway/Review

I am so excited for this review and giveaway because it is for one of my favorite products in the world, seriously, it is right up there with Symphony Bars and the ponytail, it's The Woombie.  This is the best most convenient swaddler out there.  Why is it so great?  There is no way the baby can wiggle out of it.  It has a zipper!  You just put the baby in and zip it up. No need for multiple blankets or folding.  It is perfect for those times when you want to swaddle a baby that is already sleeping. 

I have the original raspberry woombie and it sells for $26.99.  I know that sounds pricey and I was very back and forth about if I should buy one or not but looking back it was one of the best purchases.  We used it every time we put Scarlett to bed.  I even tried to quickly wash it when she was awake because I didn't want to put her in bed without it.  If we ever have another baby I want to get another woombie this time the newborn size.

One great thing about the woombie is that the baby can move in it.  It is tight enough that she won't startle but it has a stretch that resembles the womb making the baby more comfortable.

I think that the woombie would be convenient for a newborn but it is amazing for a baby that is a little bit bigger and a little big wigglier.  Once scarlett was about two months old we couldn't get her to stay swaddled.  She would unwrap herself and then wake up.  That is when we got the woombie and she has never gotten out of it on her own.  As you can see ours is well used loved.  And it has stretched a little around the neck so by the time she was 8 months we would see a little hand poking out of the top sometimes.

This is a must have for every mom of a baby under a year old.  And if you don't have a baby try to win won for a baby shower!

Scarf Giveaway!

My super crafty sister-in-law Sarah makes these great infinity scarves.  She is one of those people who can actually make clothes.  Maybe one day I will get to that point.  But for now I just buy things and ooo and awe at others.  I really love how you can just throw these scarves on to dress up any outfit.  

It is kinda funny because my sister and niece were just talking about how popular scarves are this year. While they were talking I was thinking about how all my scarves were bought back when I was in high school and how I really need to update my scarf collection.  One of my old scarfs is so itchy my neck turns all red and it drives me crazy every time I wear it.  I seriously don't know why I don't just throw it away.

Below are some of my sister-in-law's scarves.  Normally she sells this scarfs at her etsy shop but she said I could give away one of her scarves for free.

It is neat that she finds time to be so stylish and take care of her three kids.  In case you didn't know she has three kids the same age as mine.  It is fun when the cousins get together.

 Another interesting fact about her is that she used to be a news anchor!  She was on tv and everything.
