Rainbow Cupcakes

These rainbow cupcakes were so fun! All I did was use a yellow cake mix and once it was mixed I separated it into baggies.   Then I added food coloring into the baggies and mixed it around.  Lastly I cut the corner off and poured them into the cupcake pan one color at a time. For frosting I piped a cream cheese buttercream.  It is supposed to look like a white fluffy cloud.

I was actually surprised at how well they turned out.  I was skeptical because they looked pretty messy in the pan.  But almost each one I bit into looked great on the inside.

 Tucker helped by mushing the food color in the bags.  Bob helped by eating them.

 I am glad St. Patrick's Day is coming so I have an excuse to make yummy treats!
