La Jolla Sharks!

Ok, so there were no sharks.  At least none that we saw. The sharks come to the La Jolla coast often but when Bob went out with the snorkel he didn't find any.  I heard that the sharks are everywhere in August.  Maybe someday we get to go back and see the sharks.

The waves weren't as good as the waves we get right outside our condo but since we brought the surf board tucker and Bob took it out anyway.

I was kinda bummed because I really wanted to swim with the sharks and because I am not the best snorkeler I didn't even end up going out on the water.  To make up for it I went and laid in the sun on the beach right in front of our condo.  It was 72, windy, and sunny.  I loved it!

This sign also cheered me up a little bit.  I know it doesn't actually say my name, but the word has the same shape as my name.  So I liked it.

There is a little diner on main street that we love to go to.  It even has a jukebox.  I have never done one before, and the kids loved picking out the songs.
