Watch What I'm Wearing

Here I am wearing my handmade circle skirt.  I really like how this outfit came together.  It all shouts SUMMER!

Shirt: Dear;  Cardigan: Target, $7;  necklace and skrt: I made them;  Shes and Purse: from my sister
