While in Seattle Bob and I spent some time walking around Pikes Place. It had been a while and I don't think we have even gone just the two of us. It was nice to just walk around and relax. I had this big Seattle date planned for my birthday/our anniversary, but then I got really sick so this was a make up date for that.
The next two pictures were for Tucker. Just before we went I heard him say, "what if we ate a crab?" I told him that people eat crab all the time. And he was like, "no, a real crab." I don't think he really believed me about eating crab so I took these pictures. The next picture is of a street performer I could really see myself living in the city. It would have to be when we don't have kids of course. But bob could play his guitar in the street for money. I could even visit him and work and eat lunch with him, a luxury we don't have. I love the idea of not cooking, and just walking over to the market for meals.
This next picture could be me eating my usual breakfast. It was the biggest donut I have ever seen. Pretty good too. I could only eat about half of it and was pretty disappointed the next day when I realized I left it at my mom's house. They probably just threw it away :(
I took a few more pictures, bought salmon on a stick (yum), and fudge (double yum) and then we walked over to the cheesecake factory for dinner with some friends.
Here is bob's snickers cheesecake.
Pretty yummy. but I wouldn't say it was as good as my raspberry lemon cheesecake. It was sooooo good. I need to figure out the recipe. They had so many different things to choose from it was hard. I actually wish we lived closer so we could get cheesecake more often. I think bob is glad we don't live so close.
After we were all nice and stuffed we walked to the Paramount and watch Wicked. It was our first broadway play and we loved it! Definitely a splurge but for our 6th anniversary, and just before Halloween it was perfect.
