I think I need to buy a new slip. The only one I have my mom bought for me when I was a kid. It even has the lace ripped off the end because I wanted it shorter. I'm not quite sure how old I was but I would guess around 10. It is four inches too short for me now, but I rarely need a slip so I haven't bothered to get a new one. This last week might have been the tipping point for me though. My dress kept sticking to my legs right below where my slip ended causing it to ride up. Plus the windy Las Vegas weather wasn't helping. It was a pain.

I think it's great that you have kept an item of clothing so long. I am terrible at keeping hold of things and buy way too much new constantly.
ReplyDeleteYou look absolutely lovely in these photos, you are definitely one of those people that suits being pregnant. I am linking up, thanks for hosting :)

Not been doing to many outfit post lately, glad to be linking up again you look great :)
ReplyDeleteIt seems so hard to find a decent slip. There is nothing worse that static cling on a dress or skirt. Kind of like having toilet paper stuck to your butt! LOL

I was just looking for a slip for my wedding dress and there was none to be found! Macy's penny's sears and even Wal-Mart no longer carry them! Good luck sister :)
