Spinach!!!

We ate out of our garden for the first time yesterday! Our spinach and lettuce is ready for harvesting and we have tons of it. For dinner yesterday I made a spinach strawberry almond salad, which was delicious, but we still have a ton of spinach left. So if anyone has any great spinach, or salad recipes let me know.
