Rainbow Cupcakes

One more food post!  I love all the rainbow and mint inspired treats for St. Patricks day and I just wanted to re-share a few I made in the past.
These rainbow cupcakes are my favorite!

I've made these oreo ice cream bars so many times I forgot they could be a St. Patrick's Day treat.

These shamrock cookies were kind of a pain but maybe you will have better luck.
