Wednesday was Tucker's last day of school and I'm pretty excited about it! He had a great second grade experience but we are just ready for it to be summer! Here he is with his teacher. She was so nice and easy going, we really liked her.
On the last day all the teachers come out front and wave to the busses as they honk and pull away. We decided to stay and wave too. It was really neat to see all the happy (and some sad) faces. Everyone was pumped up and full of energy.
I wanted to do something besides just go home and have naps, like we normally do at noon. So we went to McDonalds and then over to a friends house for outdoor fun.
It was a great day and now I am ready to take a break and next week get into our summer routine!
