One popular thing in Japan that I haven't tried until now is all-you-can eat strawberry picking.
Late winter/spring is strawberry season here in Japan so we went to eat our fill.The main reason I haven't got before is the cost. I really wasn't sure I could eat $15 of strawberries in one sitting and times eight people, it added up quickly. We spent a lot of money on strawberries for one day.
They had different greenhouses full of different varieties. We really could tell a difference in the taste of them.
We had 45 minutes but couldn't really keep eating them past 30. We all left with slight stomach aches.

We had a good time. Definitely not something I would do everyday, but maybe one time a season, if you love strawberries.
