Homemade Ice Cream Sandwiches

We have been having some serious hot weather around here.  I am not used to it and I have kind of a hard time living in anything above 80 degrees.  70's are perfect but when it gets above 75 inside our house I feel like I can't do anything.  Anything except eat ice cream and feel uncomfortable.  I could probably eat a gallon of ice cream in one hot day, and that is a ton of calories.  That is why these homemade ice cream bars are perfect.  They are only 150 calories (depending on how much cool whip you use)  and they are good.  Serioiusly they were way better than I expected them to be.  They almost taste like store bought ice cream sandwiches.  And they are super easy to make.  Perfect for a hot day.

Ingredients:
Chocolate graham crackers (or reg if it is what you have)
Fat Free Cool Whip (or regular if you arn't worried about the calories)

Directions:
I was going to write out directions but the pictures are pretty self explanatory.

Just makes sure they are wrapped up tight and give them a couple hours to freeze.  They really don't work if they aren't frozen.  Enjoy!
