I picked a few blueberries last week and decided to make muffins. These lemon blueberry muffins were so good. I almost had a mini panic attack while writing this post because I couldn't find the recipe I used to make these. Since I loved them and am already planning on making them again I was very upset. I'd better give you the link now before I loose it again (go here). This was one of those recipes where everyone in the family wants more and the dozen it made just wasn't enough. Even Bob, who claims not to like lemon, liked these.
I just need to wait a couple weeks for more blueberries to ripen and then I will be out for more.
