Ma Blackard's Chocolate Gravy
1/2 cup sugar
1 1/2 TBS flour
3 tsp cocoa
1 cup 2% milk
1/2 cup evaporated milk
1 tsp vanilla
Mix dry ingredients in skillet. Add milk; stir until smooth. Cook over medium heat, stirring pretty much constantly until it thickens. Stir in vanilla after remove from heat. Serve warm over biscuits for breakfast.
