Sayonara

Just about six years and it is time for us to say "Sayonora."  In a few quick days we will get on an airplane and move away from Japan.
It has been quite the adventure.  We've grown and learned so much over the years.  When we moved to Japan my oldest, Tucker, was 10 and now he is turning 16.  Penelope was getting ready to be baptized and now she  is a full grown teenager.  Scarlett was six and now she has graduated from the 6th grade.  Leon was not even waist high and now he comes up above my shoulders.  Calista was only a few months old and now she has finished kindergarten.  Beatrix was not even dreamt about and now she is four-years-old.
I spent years homeschooling and taking care of babies.  Then I worked at Chilies, took post graduate classes online and worked at Navy Federal.  Bob advanced to a management position and was promoted again after that.

At times it was tough but I'm really glad we took the plunge and decided to try living in another country.  I'm looking forward to our next adventure.
