2023 was another busy year for us. The biggest highlight was moving from Japan to Washington. Beatrix has been enjoying not only preschool but being the only child not in public school. Calista is in first grade and is getting the hang of reading. Leon is a fifth grader and while in his last year of elementary school he is really taking off academically. Scarlett is in 7th grade has had no problems making new friends and currently loves reading Harry Potter. Penelope just finished up a soccer season for her middle school where she is an 8th grader. Tucker is in 11th grade and just about has his driver's license, he also started an ultimate frisbee club at school. Bob started a new job at the shipyard in the ocean engineering department. I transferred to the local Navy Federal and am loving the busy pace there.
