Best Housing Market!

I was reading the paper yesterday (something I rarely do, but would like to do more) and I came across this article titled Housing market down but not out; Silverdale/Bremerton area voted best housing market in the nation. It goes on to explain the 10 cities in the nation where house prices will appreciate the most over the next 10 years. The Bremerton-Silverdale area is said to rise 5.22 percent making it number 1, with Glens Falls NY 2nd at 4.71 percent. One of the main reasons we are ranked so high is the stability of the area, the large military influence helps regulate the local economy.
