Grass and much Much More

Yay!! We finally have grass!  It does have a considerable amount of weeds in it but it is so much better than what we had before.  The new grass is finally strong enough for us to walk and play on.  We were even able to move the trampoline to the backyard.  Because our yard is fully fenced off, and we now have grass, I can send Tucker to play outside by himslef.  All I have to do is look out the window and make sure he is doing ok.  Now I just have to wait for it to stop raining.

Tucker has been very busy this past week.  He figured out that he can move chairs around and climb up to get basically whatever he wants.  Besides turning the heat on and off he has, started a load of random cloths, done the dishes, and gotten all kinds of yummy snacks off of the counter, all before I could stop him.

Meanwhile...

Penelope has been sleeping and Tucker has been getting into everything and I have been, cleaning up for when bob's parents come, working on the yard, making a costume for Tucker, finishing the Proclamation picture, reading "Uglies" by Scott Westerfeld, compiling pictures for Tucker's album, trying to loose weight by exercising, feeding Penelope every couple of hours, and wishing I could fit a nap in sometime.  For some reason I didn't really think about how having another baby would double the work I have to do as a stay at home mom.

At least I got one thing done.  Even though I would do it a little bit different if I were to do it again.

Tucker loves the Elmo pumpkin we carved.

Oh and this morning Bob came back after he left the driveway saying that the throttle on the scooter broke.  Hopefully it will be an easy fix though.  Maybe next week will be a little more relaxed.

Sounds like you guys have been really busy!! Your yard looks great! I love the Proclamation picture too...what a good idea. Oh, and it looks like we won't be able to make it this weekend for Penelope's blessing. :( I wish we could. I'm sure it will be great!

Man I am jealous of your fence that would be sooo nice. Anything you guys can do to convince Danny we should get one, would be greatly appreciated!

i can't believe he figured out how the chair trick! If Kate figures that out I think I would have to put the chairs in the garage until dinner everyday! Wow, good luck with that! Great job on the proclamation pic.!
