We had dinner at my parents house this year for Thanksgiving.
It was fun, but unfortunately it rained the whole day. I really wanted to get outside and play football, but there was no break in the rain. Because I ate so much I still felt bloated a couple of hours after dinner and bob and I went on a jog to work off some of the calories. We got soaked, but the fresh air felt nice. I didn't get much sleep that night because I got up at 3:30 to go shopping the next morning. I got some of the things I wanted but had a rough start. We got to Old Navy at 4 and the line was so huge we had to leave before we were even close to checking out so we could get to walmart at 5 only to find out that everything we wanted was gone because for some reason people were able to start buying things at midnight. It was very frustrating. I even got charged for something I didn't buy. Things started getting better when we went to Lows at 6 and they still had the table saw bob wanted even though they also opened early. Then we went back to my parents house so I could feed Penelope and out to fred meyer after that. There we got Christmas presents for the people on our list and bob got the new Super Mario Bro's for Wii.
After that we went clothes shopping at the mall and i didn't end up finding anything I liked. One of the best things I bought was my pink snuggie for only $8. I was just reading on the couch while wearing it, and it was great. Later we went out and watched New Moon. I really liked it. I thought it was much better than the first one.
Then we had pizza and played Mario at my sisters house and headed home. We were all very tired by the time we got back in our beds at around 9:30. It was a long day. But fun :-) Now its time to get ready for Christmas!!
