Vaseline

Penelope got into the Vaseline the other day.  She put it all over her face and hair. It was kinda funny. The bad thing was we needed to leave so bob just rinsed it out by putting her head under the sink. That didn't really get it out but only spread it around more. I later tried both shampoo and dish soap to get it out. Her hair now has less in it than it did before but it still looks like here hair is wet all the time or like it has gel in it.  i think I am going to try baking soda next.
