Short lived Snow

We don't get snow too often around here so when we do get enough to play in it is kind of a big deal.  Last Saturday  night we got snow and the kids were so excited to get out and play in it.  This is the most we have gotten this winter and I doubt we will get any more.

Poor Leon had to wear a big pink baby coat.  Is was the warmest one we had.  And I'd rather him be in pink and warm than in blue and cold.  Besides, he didn't seem to mind.
Scarlett liked it and played much more than she did last time.  I think last time she got cold.  This time she lasted over an hour.

I think the snow is so pretty!  It is amazing how the weather can drastically change the look of our street in just one night.

Of course we had to make a snowman.  Bob was determined to make a big one this time.
Not big enough yet...
still not big enough...
Ok now it was big enough.  bob had to pick me up to put the hat on.  Neither of us could even reach the top.
I know what you are thinking.  Where did Doranda get that awesome outfit?  haha just kidding.  Playing with your kids is always more important than looking cool.

Love that you have them out and about even on a cold winters day. Great pictures and even better memories.

Love,
