Christmas Tree

We didn't have a lot of room in the car ride down to San Diego to pack Christmas decorations so we decided to only bring stockings.  We found a couple decorations at the dollar store and picked up a small type of pokey palm tree at home depot for Christmas.  I thought it would be fun to try something different this year.

It was harder to decorate than we anticipated.  Those leaves don't really hold any ornaments.

I was glad when I found out we had a nice mantel to hang our stockings on.

It isn't our usual Christmas decor, but it is nice to have something to help us remember that it is Christmastime.  Especially because the weather is so different.
