Before we get to Mother's day we had a crazy busy Saturday. We had three soccer games not back to back that were about 30 minutes away from home and then I had a work bowling party. It was a lot for one day. But I did bring Calista and Beatrix bowling with me while Bob brought the kids home and drove Penelope and Scarlett to their middle school dance.
For mother's day the kids and Bob were really sweet. They made me a nice plate of fruit for breakfast. Then we spent the morning going through everyone's clothes and changing their sizes and throwing away things that we were done using.
I planned a Relief Society lesson about Heavenly Mother but the Elders quorum surprised us with a fancy table set up and ton of food. So we ate and chatted instead and I'll save my lesson for another day.
The kids sang in sacrament and Tucker accompanied them on the piano.
I have a great mother and I love being a mom.
