Zoo

Tucker and Penelope both had their first trip to the zoo yesterday.  It has been a few years since I have been so we all had a lot of fun.  We went with the Derrs who go all the time so they showed us where everything was.

The first thing we looked at was the aquarium.  Tucker has been talking about sharks for a while now so it was neat for him to actually see some.  We even got to be there when they did their weekly cleaning of the inside of the tank.  We got to see and talk to the divers.

Unfortunately Penelope cried every time I tried to put her back in the stroller.  So for a while I was trying to push the stroller and carry Penelope at the same time.

The weather was great.  It was probably about 70 and sunny.

When we saw the Polar bears one actually jumped and rammed itself into the glass right in front of us.  I think it would be safe to say that it scared pretty much everyone in the whole room.

Tucker also really likes penguins.

They have a kid zone that wasn't there when i was younger.  It was fun for Tucker.

The last thing we did was let Tucker feed the goats.  I think it was also one of his favorite things.
