It is really amazing how much Penelope has grown in the last year. Seriously, she wasn't even scooting or crawling when she first turned one and then within a matter of a few months she caught up to everyone else her age. This past year she has been talking a lot. Which is surprising to me because I don't think Tucker said much at all before he turned 2. Enjoy the video!
