I got frustrated with the airline. When did it become ok to treat people better because they have more money? The people who needed help boarding and the people with babies were like the third group to board. We could get on after the first class premium and elite passengers (not that we used it, we like to get on very last with a baby). Then they broke off part of our stroller, lost the part, and told us they didn't cover that so they weren't going to do anything about it. On the way home they left our car seat in San Francisco (we had a layover there). We waited all day at my parents house yesterday because they were going to bring it over in the morning. We didn't find out until we called them in the afternoon that it wasn't coming. They said it was still in San Francisco. At least they gave us a loner.
Regardless of all that, we had fun on our trip.
The first thing we did was drive to the beach!
Here Bob is blocking out all of the warm sun. It got up to 70 degrees. It did not feel like December.
Here is Scarlett enjoying the beach.
The sand was so sparkly.Bob and I could both see ourselves living right on the beach and going for jogs along the water. Wouldn't that be nice? I am sure I would be sick of the heat once it reaches upper 80s.
