Watch What I'm Wearing

This was one of those outfits where  I felt a little in secure all day.  I wanted to wear the belt but I just felt like it was too bright with the skirt or it stood out too much.  Sometimes I feel conflicted because I want to wear what I like but at the same time I don't really want everyone to notice what I am wearing or to comment on what I am wearing.  So what do you think, is the belt too much?
