Penelope's Birthday in Harajuku

12-years-old, wow it is crazy to me!

Penelope actually had a modeling job on her birthday in the heart of Tokyo so we let her do presents and cake the night before.  The main thing we got her was a pink folding Japanese bike.  It has a seat on the back which is not only a lot of fun with your sisters but perfect for putting a violin on and riding 4 miles to school.

She asked for a lemon blueberry cake. 

The morning of her birthday we headed to the train station.  Everyone was in school except Penelope, Calista, and Beatrix.  We were only missing Scarlett on our girls day.

I only was able to take one picture at the modeling job.  Sometimes they are strict about photos we take.  They told me the theme was Alice in Wonderland.  This was Penelope's favorite outfit.  We both loved the collar.  She was the only model there and it was a really easy job.  

We spent a few hours having fun in Harajuku.

For her birthday meal she choose the hedgehog cafe.  

It was so fun.  But I did feel a little bad for the hedgehogs.  Calista kept dropping them.

The cafe didn't actually have food, so we went and bought crepes and then cotton candy.

Oh and we picked up a fun collar.

It was a great day!  Probably one of her most memorable bithdays ever.
